Tropical Beach Home — Durban

A lovely Durban tropical home overlooking the ocean needed some upgrading and updating. A change of exterior wall and roof colours was done, and the introduction of glass stacker doors dramatically improved the overall look of the exterior facade. In the interior space, new wall colours and a new arrangement of furniture was needed, with a few old existing pieces getting a paint finish or a reupholstery.

Colour alone can transform a home immensely. Here we changed the roof colour, the exterior and interior wall colours, re-upholstered some of the furniture, repainted some old favourite pieces and added cushions and decor in ocean inspired shades to reflect the owners' love of the ocean. Voilà — an old family home given a new lease of life!
